Objective
This study conducted by Hydrosome Labs, compares the growth rate and health of Hydroponic Dandelion Root grown in Spring Water vs. Hydrosome water. Dandelion Root is being used by the tire industry as a potential new source of rubber.
Design
Dandelion seeds were germinated and grown in 2 separate AeroGarden Harvest Elite Slim systems filled with Spring Water (Poland Springs) and Hydrosome water. Six plants were grown in each system. Fertilizer was added to each system approximately every 2 weeks. The recommended level of a 4-3-6 liquid fertilizer was used for spring water (8 ml every 15 days) and half the recommended level (4ml every 15 days) was used for Hydrosome water.
Results
The test was run for 31 days. Hydrosome water drove over 100% improvement in yield
